Mark C. Roles
Attorney Mark Roles is devoted to providing compassionate and aggressive advocacy for clients in Williamson County, Travis County, and the greater Austin area. He established The Law Offices of Mark C. Roles, P.C. in 2005.
Areas of practice
The majority of Mr. Roles' practice focuses on family law, including adoptions, child support, child custody, divorce, enforcement actions, and modifications. He also represents clients in other practice areas, including legal malpractice, contracts, wills, consumer protection, civil litigation, and criminal defense matters.
Education
Mr. Roles received his B.B.A. in Management from Texas A&M University in 1998. In 2001, he went on to graduate from St. Mary's University School of Law in the top 12 percent of his class.
During his time at school, Mr. Roles was on the Dean's List and the National Dean's List. He was also a member of Who's Who in American Law Students, the Phi Delta Phi International Legal Honors Fraternity, Moot Court, and the Law Journal staff.
Admissions and professional memberships
Mr. Roles was admitted to practice in Texas in 2001 and in the U.S. District Court, Western District of Texas in 2004. He is a member of the Austin and Travis County Bar Associations, the Williamson County Bar Association, the State Bar of Texas, and the Austin Young Lawyer's Association.
Past experience
Mr. Roles has held numerous positions over the course of his legal career. He has served as in house counsel for the Providence Healthcare Network as a law clerk, as a legal intern for the United States Army Judge Advocate General's Corps in Germany, and as a staff writer for the St. Mary's Law Journal. Mr. Roles was also a judicial intern with the United States District Court, Western District of Texas, chambers of the Honorable Edward Prado, now Justice Edward Prado, Fifth United States Circuit Court of Appeals.
